Home Securer 1.00 is intended for usage as an extension unit in existing security systems or as an independent device for home security and/or home systems management. It combines a tri-band GSM module and a microcontroller with embedded eCos based firmware and easily adaptable application, which implements the logic control of Inputs and Outputs.

The tri-band GSM unit, incorporated in the Home Securer 1.00, increases significantly the reliability of home security systems and removes the distance limits between the service centre and the guarded object. Home Securer 1.00 allows configuration and event notification via SMS, Data connection and GPRS. The Home Securer 1.00 can be configured from a PC via the integrated native Mini USB interface, using original on-screen configuration software. Accidental access is prevented by unique device password and name. Additional option is incoming Voice call dialer number identification and command execution in response.
Home Securer 1.00 has 8 GPI ports (analog or digital) and 6 GPO ports. Thus different types of sensors and actuators can be monitored and controlled, such as measurement appliances, security, thermo and water level sensors, heating systems, sprinkler systems, lighting, etc. Event logging ability allows recording of input and output conditions, commands received and executed, system events, etc.
The Home Securer 1.00 Starter Kit enables Service providers and System integrators to create and upload original applications, developed for custom purposes, with the help of the included API and documentation.
The original design of Home Securer 1.00 contributes to easy mounting and maintenance of the device. LED indicators display the currents status of the Home Securer 1.00 outputs, GSM and USB connection.
