Do you think you are losing a lot of hair of late for no apparent reason? If so, it could be due to a reason that you are not yet aware of – stress. Stress related hair loss is a problem that can make you lose a considerable amount of hair within a short span of time.

Not only do you need to ensure your hearing aid has been cleaned regularly but change the battery often. If the sounds become quieter, distorted, crackling then change the battery. It is a good idea to carry a spare battery with you just in case. Some hearing aids may have a slight beeping noise when the battery needs to be changed.

Are you getting enough B6 in your diet? This vitamin is quite critical when trying to avoid dandruff. So be sure to take it regularly. By taking a daily vitamin or eating food rich in vitamin B6 you can help prevent dandruff.

During summer, we tend to visit the beach and chill in the pool frequently. But more often than not, we forget paying attention to our hair and scalp. Sooner or later it can lead to dry and damaged hair. It’s essential that we follow some basic steps and routine to ensure that our tresses stay healthy regardless of the weather.

Frizzy hair. Heat can be a nightmare for hair but unfortunately we all subject our hair to it with the use of dryers, straighteners and other equipment. To help prevent frizzy hair, don’t blow-dry your hair straight away. Instead, after washing or wetting your hair, apply an anti-frizz product. When it is almost dry, blow-dry and style your hair as normal, but not before applying some heat-protecting spray!

Try not to over-process your hair with chemicals, harsh treatments, and heat. Use higher in quality and those that are good for moisturizing your hair. Get a hair cut at a professional stylist so it doesn’t split.

Apply a mix of olive oil and rosemary on your scalp. Rosemary is especially important for healthy hair. It gives your hair volume, body and shine. It also has antioxidants that help with your scalp too.

Flyaway hair. Bring flyaway hair back down to earth by using a leave-in conditioner and brushing through. If you don’t have any to leave in, use a very small amount of normal conditioner. Rub this into your hands and run them through your hair, brush your hair as normal and leave to dry naturally.
