Thanks for sticking with me in this series of three articles! We have talked about the wannabees, the over comers, and how this all relates to how you can finally master your health. Now that you know what a health wannabee is, and that you don’t want to be one of those, I will show you how you can become a health over comer.

Some years ago, I was reading a book on natural horsemanship. This is a topic close to my heart. Being a natural health professional, I devour a lot of such books. But I am often surprised by how little the authors embrace natural alternatives in other areas of their lives.

When looking at these amounts of savings I have to ask myself why did I wait so long to do this and how did I ever make it without a garden. Some say they don’t have time for a garden or don’t have a green thumb. OK, so neither do I. However, when it comes to saving money, staying alive and living life, then like most people I’m all ears. I never would listen to anyone telling me to plant a garden. Until I let someone do it for me and watched the food savings and my health improve tremendously.

Do the numbers work? Not always, but often enough so that about 25 percent of our medium-size firms (10-50 employees) use such a system. In almost all cases it’s profitable for them.

Another simple rule to improving your health or reducing your risks is to eat well. Again it’s unlikely that anyone in the developed world could realistically maintain that they didn’t know that eating large quantities of junk food, high-fat food, high sugar food and processed foods throughout their life increases the risks of various diseases.

Eating almonds on a regular basis is a great habit for your Health and fitness. As a classroom teacher, I would allow my students to only eat almonds and drink water in class. Students always wanted to eat in class so I agreed with a few stipulations. . . almonds and water only! I know they didn’t realize the wonderful benefits of eating almonds at the time though hopefully I planted a few seeds of suc khoe living for their future.

Enjoy every process: Remember one should enjoy the journey and not only look for the destination all the time. Talk, breathe have fun with your best buddy while doing. Do not grab an intensive level. Be yourself and follow comfortably.

We should not mistreat or neglect other people on the basis of their tribes, or because of mistakes-either theirs or ours, or even cultural differences. As children of God, it is not wise for us to attack other people for the negatives that we see in them or in us. If we really can understand God’s nature of unconditional love, and apply it in our lives as He wants, we can always acknowledge Him even if we can’t see our way out of troubles. We can find it easy to love unlovable people, we can have the right attitude that no matter what happens, and we shall praise God. We can realize that our response of praise and devotion to God completes the life giving cycle.
